Plans and payments

  • Plans bought on the web are sold by Ole Emil Frikstad Urstad and paid through Stripe. Write to support@scafix.app about receipts, cancellation and withdrawal.
  • Plans bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds.
  • The current plans and prices are on the price page; this page states no prices.

Questions and answers

Is ScaFix a company?

ScaFix is sold by Ole Emil Frikstad Urstad as a private seller in Norway, not through a registered company, so there is no organisation number and no VAT number.

Which languages does support answer in?

Norwegian and English. The app and these pages are in more languages, so you can write in English if your own language is not one of the two.

How do I report a mistake on a page?

Write to support@scafix.app with the page's address, what is wrong and the source you rely on. Corrected pages show a new date at the top.

Where are press questions answered?

At the same address, support@scafix.app. The press kit has the facts, logo files and pictures.
