How to delete your ScaFix account
You can start permanent account deletion directly in ScaFix. Contact support if you can no longer access the account.
In the web app
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account and verify your identity. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
Open account settingsOn iPhone
Open Settings in ScaFix, choose Account and then Delete account. Follow the confirmation shown on screen.
Subscriptions must be managed separately
Deleting your account also starts cancellation of its web subscriptions through Stripe. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple Subscriptions. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
