ScaFix terms of use

Terms for web purchases and shared Pro access
Free preview
The free tier includes one permanent editable project with connected walls and the full 3D view. The complete, order-ready parts list and PDF report require Pro. Pro also includes additional projects.
Subscription and billing
ScaFix Pro can be purchased through Apple’s App Store or Stripe on the web. Pro+ adds your logo alongside ScaFix branding. White Label removes ScaFix branding from the 3D model and PDF report. The local annual price shown is the final price in the displayed currency and includes applicable VAT and tax. The renewal terms shown in Stripe Checkout at purchase apply. If an introductory offer is available, Checkout shows how long it applies and the regular renewal price. The subscription renews until it is cancelled with the provider. Pro+ / White Label: Includes calculated scaffold and wall area in m² or ft².
One account across platforms
A valid purchase unlocks the corresponding tier on web and iOS when both use the same ScaFix account. Signed-in projects, including measurements and project settings, sync between web and iOS. The web app’s parts inventory remains web-only. Do not start a second subscription if the account already has paid access; Stripe customers change or cancel in the customer portal and App Store customers in the App Store. Account deletion does not automatically end the subscription.
Payment before account creation
You may pay on the web before creating an account. To activate the purchase, within 30 days you must create or sign in to a ScaFix account with the exact same verified email address used in Stripe Checkout. You can still create or sign in to an account before payment. If a paid purchase is not claimed within the window, it is automatically cancelled and refunded.
Professional responsibility
- Calculations and visualisations are planning support and must be verified.
- You remain responsible for regulations, risk assessment and the manufacturer’s assembly instructions.
Use restrictions
You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls or use ScaFix in violation of applicable law.
Apple EULA
For apps distributed through the App Store, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement also applies unless a custom licence is provided in App Store Connect.
