Can several employees use ScaFix?
Yes. Pro bought on scafix.app includes one user, and the owner adds colleagues as extra users for €59.90 per user a year, up to 50 per team. Each colleague signs in with their own ScaFix account and gets full Pro in the browser and in the iPhone app. Users are added on the Account page at scafix.app.

Pro €149.90 a year for the owner, plus 7 extra users at €59.90 each: €569.20 a year in total at the list prices, paid by the owner.
How to set up a team
- Buy Pro on scafix.app (the owner's account).
- Open Account → Team, type a colleague's e-mail address and pay for the user.
- The colleague gets an invitation link (valid for 30 days), signs in or creates a ScaFix account, and has Pro at once.
- Swap a seat to another colleague, or stop its renewal, from the same card.
Not available for teams today
- Roles or permission levels (admin, viewer)
- A shared project that several people edit live
- A shared parts inventory across the team
- A team view of colleagues' projects
- Adding users in the iPhone app
Questions and answers
Do my colleagues need their own Pro subscription?
No. The owner pays for each extra user; the colleague only needs their own ScaFix account.
Can a colleague use ScaFix on their iPhone?
Yes. They sign in to the iPhone app with the account the seat was given to and have full Pro there.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Swap the seat to another colleague on the Account page. The person who left loses access at once; the seat keeps its paid period.
Is there a volume discount?
No. Each extra user costs the same list price.
